Terms & Conditions

Our terms and conditions are pretty simple.

• Payment – for all orders under $1000 or for individuals payment is required upon artwork approval and production starts.  All other 50% deposit upon artwork approval/production starts and 50% within 5 days of delivery.  Payment shows confirmation of artwork.
• Apparel – if there is a issue with apparel, let us know.  If it is a problem with manufacturing or colour we will repair/replace at our cost. If your cycle jersey is ripped because you wiped out, we suggest you take it a bit slower on the corners.
• Delivery – when taking your order we will give you a date of delivery, to ensure timely delivery please ensure payments are made on time.  If we are late we will work with you to make up for it.
• Everything else – send us a email and we will sort it out together.
